[company removed] can’t pay suppliers—can we restructure debts in Sri Lanka without going into liquidation?

[company removed]'s sales dropped and we are behind on supplier invoices and a bank loan, but the business is still operating. I want to know what formal or informal debt restructuring options exist in Sri Lanka and whether creditors can force insolvency proceedings.
