I have not received decision for my second extension yet, which I have applied them on late September.
The only thing left is one mandatory 7.5 credit course, and the final exam is scheduled for January 10th. I am now preparing to apply for my third residence permit extension solely to complete this remaining course. I have also got the letter from my study guidance counselor mentioning that I must stay here to complete the requirement for the master's degree. What do I do if my application gets rejected? If rejected, how to make my appeal to pass through.

Dear student,
If your third residence permit extension application is rejected, you have the right to appeal the decision. The appeal usually must be submitted within a certain deadline, and it is important to provide proof, such as a letter from your study counselor confirming that you must stay to complete your degree requirements. I can guide you through this appeal process step-by-step.
Since I am located in Iran and cannot assist you in person, I offer detailed and affordable consultation via WhatsApp text messaging. Please contact me there so I can help you with your case effectively.
Best regards
