What course of action do I need to take following a hair transplant back in 2023. They only did half of the procedure and never completed the rest until I realized and than tried to offer me 50% off for another hair transplant when I already paid for a service that I never received and since than have not responded to me at all.

You can pursue refund and legal action.

Steps to take:

  1. Collect evidence: contract, invoices, payment proof, messages, photos.

  2. Send a formal legal notice (written demand) requesting either:

    • completion of the procedure at no extra cost, or

    • a refund for the unperformed part.

  3. File a consumer complaint in Turkey (Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, depending on the amount).

  4. If the clinic is unresponsive, you may also report them to the Ministry of Health for incomplete medical service.

Offering a “50% discount” instead of completing a paid service is not legally acceptable.
