A judgement is passed that the mother has custody of a child while the father has visitation rights and is responsible for the child welfare, maintenance, education etc. but the father is only responsible for the child's education leaving other responsibilities for the mother, is it possible for the mother to file for sole responsibility of the child especially if the mother is relocating and plan to travel with the child

en temas del derecho de menores, no es posible que de forma unilateral la madre pueda decidir sacar al niño del país sin consentimiento del padre, dependiendo de la legislación del país donde se encuentre existe varios requisitos para poder hacerlo, si el caso de que la madre solicite por via judicial la autorización (siempre y cuando la legislación del país en el que estan lo permita), o por otro lado pedir lo que se conoce como patria potestad del menor si el juez concede esto podria tomar la decisión sin la autorización del padre
