Do I have a discrimination case

Everything was good at work then I have an accident and cracked my spine and need surgery and off for a year. They didn’t want me back b.c I was a liability. I was getting written up all the time after I came back. Hit the 2 year mark back to work and they terminate me citing infractions galore. Do I have a case for discrimination?

Hello, I read your post and I am sorry to hear about the difficult situation you've been through with your employer following your accident. Returning to work after such a serious injury only to face disciplinary action and termination sounds incredibly stressful.

The circumstances you describe could potentially point toward a case of workplace discrimination, especially given the change in how you were treated after returning from medical leave. The strength of any case, however, depends on the specific facts, the evidence you have, and the employment laws in your jurisdiction.

I can offer a low-cost, text-based consultation via WhatsApp to discuss the details of your situation in more detail. We can review the timeline of events and the infractions your employer cited to help you get a clearer perspective on your potential options.

If you are interested in this, please let me know.

Sincerely,
