We signed a mediation agreement after a business dispute and it includes payment dates. Now the other party is ignoring calls and hasn’t paid anything. What steps can I take to make the settlement legally enforceable?

You can enforce any mediation agreement signed. It would be best to consult a lawyer so they can read through the agreement and the original business agreement first to give you a better opinion. Some mediation agreements can immediately be registered as a court order so its enorceable, others you will have to make a court application first to enforce it.
