Is there a chance to deal with scams like company in Singapore?

I signed up a service with a Marriage Agency on a package for 6 months upon face to face consultation. After that they asked me to download their APP in order to received the male profiles to send me for selection. Before payment and after payment is so contrastly different with their attitudes as one week later, i tried calling to check on something, i noticed nobody answer calls, one number that i finally gotten even blocked me from whatsapp before i can even ask for my query. My main consultant will tell me she is busy and also not answer to my calls. The whole entire company, i realized there is no way for me to find anyone to attend me. Thus, since beginning already such service rendered, i demand for a refund. But they said my refund reason is not valid, so they rejected even after i reported to Police. My consultant told me they have been sue by people always and so many times, even police always go to them...but none of them is succeeded to deal with them. This is becos they said not answering calls is not a crime. People unsatisfied with their service are unreasonable people... She even told me our Prime Minister, police, lawyers... also can do nothing with them. So i believe many victims were helpless too as i saw many bad reviews for this Company. They even tell me said the judge will teach me on what is a waiting period for a paid service need to reply from them, it is standard 5 working days. I have contacted the media. They will take action to remind ladies in newspaper...

So is Singapore allowed them to react in their ways of service to all customers. Is there any chance we can teach them a lesson by having a lawyer to sue them? She told me i will lose at court as she will tell the judge said im the one who request to terminate their service whereas they feel they are providing cos i have touched their APP before. Now is just beginning and i dont know how to face their no care attitude of my service for 6 months.
