Can I sue a supplier in Armenia for breach of contract due to late delivery and unpaid invoices?

I have a signed supply contract with a company registered in Yerevan. They failed to deliver on time and have not paid some invoices despite the due dates. What remedies are available under Armenian commercial law, what evidence would I need, and is court action preferable to arbitration or settlement in this situation?

Dear Sir/Madam, If your contract provides for dispute resolution through mediation or arbitration, the dispute must be resolved in that manner. If no such clause exists, then, as a general rule, the dispute will be heard by the court at the defendant's place of registration.

We recommend first sending a formal pre-trial demand (claim letter) and attempting to resolve the matter through negotiations. If this is unsuccessful, you may proceed to court. Depending on the amount in dispute, the case may qualify for either expedited proceedings or standard litigation.
