Can Khula be revoked if it happened without notice to husband?

Dear team, My wife's stepfather informed my father that she has taken Khula but I neither received any call nor I received notice. Can this Khula be revoked? She is in Islamabad and I'm in Peshawar. We have one baby boy age 5 years and I have not seen nor met him since 16 March 23, what can I do to get my child?
