Money Fraud

A person from Gujrat, together with his family made a money fraud. I have proof of my claims. How can I start the case in Pakistan, even if I'm not there? Would I be able with a lawyer to retrieve my financial losses and send a family of fraudsters to jail? Additionally, they committed other crimes, which I can also add to their list, as support, all with clear evidence.
However, my main concern is how to retrieve my money.
