Goodnight got in a matter woth a police officer iwas charged am currently on bail but the charges laid i have a video that show something completely different want to know of i could go about suing

I was at the market sellin the officer told me that smoking is prohibited so i comply and walked out the market the officer then proceeded to follow me he always mistake me for mu brother on complying a while ago he hit me in the old police post so i said boss i walking away because i not doing nothing for you to hit me again in which i proceeded to a nearby shop to purchase a water as soon as i dip in my back pocket for my money the offficer demanded he search me he said "what u have dey what you have dey i then reply i have nothing in which the officer took it in to his own athority to agressivly pull me out of the said shop and slammed me to the ground from about 2 feet from the shop to the pavement i also have a video to show o got charged for disordaly conduct and resisting arrest
