Andrés is a founding partner and has worked throughout his career with large multinationals and with two of the largest business groups in Ecuador. This has allowed him to understand the relevance of each legal action in order to ensure the interest of his clients' business.
His work has consisted of preparing legal strategies at the national level and, likewise, jointly with international law firms or directly with companies, strategies for application abroad, especially in member countries of the Andean Community.
He has intervened in highly complex judicial processes and has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, especially in Arbitration and Mediation. In the same way, his preparation in negotiation has allowed him to obtain magnificent results for his clients.
His advice has not been limited to companies but also to people from abroad or private nationals who have required his sponsorship, being the attorney in their country.
Specialist in Intellectual Property and litigant in the same matter, he has provided advice to world-renowned brands, foreign brands seeking to invest in Ecuador, annulment actions, administrative protection, preventive measures, national undertakings, implementation and transfer of technology, including the development and contractual review for each case.
As Attorney and Legal Attorney of several foreign and national companies, he has provided his sponsorship in investments and is even part of the Board of Directors of several client companies domiciled in Ecuador.
He has participated as a lecturer in multiple events and has been a professor in matters related to the protection of enterprises through Intellectual Property in higher education institutions.
He is linked and constantly works with the Ecuadorian American Chambers of Commerce - AMCHAM and the Quito Chamber of Commerce, where he is part of the list of mediators in their Arbitration and Mediation Centers.
