Duvernois Legal was founded in St. Petersburg and has been present on the legal services market since 1999. Over the 20 years of its existence, the company has become one of the leaders in the segment of providing legal services for Russian and international business. The company received its name in honor of Nikolai Lvovich Duvernois (27.10.1836 - 18.04.1906), a famous Russian lawyer and legal historian, author of numerous works in the field of jurisprudence. Period from 2008 to 2013 became an important stage of development for Duvernoy Legal, when the company became the first Russian company associated with one of the largest international law firms in the world, Dentons (until 2012, SNR Denton). Since 2013, Duvernois Legal has chosen a development strategy towards an independent Russian law firm.
