I had the pleasure of working with Diego Lalaleo on two separate occasions, and both times he exceeded my expectations. In June 2022, the Consulate General of Ecuador in the United States misspelled my last name on my birth certificate. I was told the only way to fix this mistake was to travel to Ecuador. Since I was moving to the Czech Republic and unable to make that trip, I hired Diego to handle the matter for me. He did a fantastic job, and within a couple of months my name was corrected in the Civil Registry without me having to set foot in Ecuador. On a second occasion, I needed to obtain my cédula (an Ecuadorian identity card). I flew to Quito expecting a long, exhausting process that typically takes hours or even days. Thanks to Diego’s help, I was in and out of the office in about 30 minutes. Diego is professional, efficient, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend his services to anyone who needs legal assistance.
