I signed a contract with a supplier in Santo Domingo for office equipment. They missed the delivery deadline and the goods don’t meet the contract specs. What remedies are available in DR commercial law, including time limits to sue, and should I pursue court action or arbitration?

You may seek termination of the contract and compensation for the damages and losses caused by such breach. The statute of limitations to bring a civil liability claim arising from a contract is two years.
