Can I file a cheating case against my daughter as I don't know about her where abouts

I regret to call her my daughter as I don't have knowledge about her whereabouts. I have invested lakhs of rupees in her schooling, college hostel, and tuition fees and I have sent her for higher studies to the US to do her MS. But I have no knowledge about her till now. I am in mental trauma and can't share this with anyone. So I am staying alone. How should I proceed? I want to file a non-bailable case against her. She has broken open the door of my flat in Bangalore and taken away a car, scooter, all precious items, gold, silver, clothes, and electronic goods. Can I lodge a police complaint and file a non-bailable case? Please let me know. Thank you
