I recently left my narcissistic husband. Thr marriage was conducted under customary law (traditional marriage) I was the third woman he married. He was separated from the first two wives before i married him. Our marriage lasted for three years and seven months. We have a daughter together and she's currently eleven months. The Brideprice is currently in the process of being returned. Can my ex husband be able to take my daughter from me under the Nigeria family law? Under what circumstances can he win sole custody of our daughter?
