I was working in a company named [company removed]. I have a contract mentioned salary is PKR 275000. But I received half salary since April. Now without any notice company terminated me. I want solution of this matter

There is two options
1. If you are an employee as low rank staff than file a case in Labour court and also application in Labour Department for remedy purposes.
2. If you are an executive type employee like managerial or upper rank staff than file a case as recovery of money suit
