Are there any lawyers that work on a No Win - No Fee basis?

Question

I was hit by a car wilts crossing on a pedestrian crossing. Police were in attendance. CCTV footage was secured by police, the drivers car is impounded by the police. The driver agreed to pay for all me expenses and initially did so. However, now the driver has disappeared. His car is still impounded Because I have no money I cant afford to engage a lawyer. Are there any lawyers that work on a NO WIN - NO FEE basis
