How to leave uae without husband concern

My UAE residence visa has expired for 5 months. My husband does not have money to renew his visa. I am repeatedly asking him to cancel my visa. So I can go back to my country and get medical help as I am getting sick. But my husband is not canceling. I want to leave my husband. As I am in UAE with my husband, without his permission I am not able to leave UAE. I don't have any friends or family here. My husband not allowing me to go outside of the house. I am getting mentally and physically sick. I need help. How to leave my husband
