Our team is proficient in providing advice and assisting clients in the Family Violence and Restraint Order jurisdiction, whether to obtain the protection of an order or oppose it or vary it.

The team has extensive experience in the therapeutic jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court, including the Court Mandated Drug Diversion Program and the Mental Health Diversion List.
