We offer competent and efficient help for the recovery of your receivables - and thus to reduce the credit period and strengthen liquidity. At the same time, we always make sure to treat your customers properly.

The core of our work with debt collection is a combination of many years of experience and automated processes. We have a number of popular solutions in the form of reminder service, basic debt collection and extended debt collection, where the price per case is fixed, so you always know the maximum cost of a case.

When you use our reminder service, we send a debt collection letter to your customer, make contact by telephone, administer an installment plan and report to RKI in the event of non-compliance with installments. If your customer doesn't pay anything, you don't pay anything either.

If you wish to continue the case beyond this, we offer extremely competitive prices for basic debt collection and extended debt collection - and we have extensive experience with, for example, requests for forced auctions. And if your customer lives abroad, we use one of our good foreign partners to recover the debt locally.

In short: No subscription price or hidden fees, just efficient recovery.
