By January 2024, it will be three years since we've been separated... My estranged wife sent me out of our matrimonial home.
She accused me of being
1. A gold digger
2.A thief
3. A bad influence to the children
4. A chronic lier
5. An imbecile
6. A manipulator
7. A fettish and devilish individual
8. A violent individual
9. A cheat
10.A good for nothing fellow
11. Deceptive
12 Quarelsome
13. A pauper
Consequent upon which she
(a) denied me of conjugal right
(b) denied me access to our matrimonial bed
(c) determines when I come in and when i leave the house
(d) denied me food.
She impugned on my dignity so much so that when she sent me out of the house in January 2021, I left with little or non
I recall her insistent that there will be no sex before marriage when I craved for it leaving me with the notion that she was a virgin... A lie I discovered after marriage.

We can provide some general information that may be relevant to your concerns. Regarding the issue of annulment in the Catholic Church, the process and criteria for annulment are governed by Canon Law. The fact that you have been separated for almost three years and have faced significant issues in the marriage may be relevant factors in considering an annulment. Grounds for annulment in the Catholic Church may include issues such as fraud, lack of proper consent, or the presence of impediments that affected the validity of the marriage. It's important to note that the civil court's decision regarding annulment may not automatically be accepted by the Catholic Church. The Church has its own procedures and requirements for evaluating the validity of a marriage. Therefore, even if a civil court grants an annulment, it does not necessarily mean that the Catholic Church will recognize it. As for the accusations and mistreatment you've described, these issues may be relevant in both civil and ecclesiastical proceedings. It is essential to document any evidence you may have related to these allegations and to discuss these matters with your attorney, who can guide you on the best course of action.
