I moved out of my apartment unplanned right after I used just 3 months, I notified my landlord about it a day before I moved but he said I should have told him a month before I moved so I said the moving was unplanned, so I waited another month, after that I asked for my refund and he still insist on until he gets someone else to rent the apartment
