can a company terminate an employee based on allegation with no evidence and inquirry report was not shared. can they force to sign the letter and later ask to add the guilty line in request to conversion of termination in resignation.?

my main goal is to secure my dignity. i didn't commit any theft and the allegation were not in my job description. and i dont accept the harrassement and threats from bosses . i want to complain about it
