There is a person who heard a words with other person that i said something bad about her but instead of confronting me she go direct in social media and started insulting ang calling me names like frog. Then it went on for several more times without naming anybody but i notice that the insult nickname that she is calling me is similar to my last name and my husband name. I responded with some warning post but she keep going and it even become more worse. And she is also threatened me that she can distroy me if she wants to in a calm way. So i responded as well with the same insult she do. Then it make me so stress and i stop but she keep going and i blow up giving here the insult she didnt expect. I involve her husband and mother inlaw. Then her husband send my husband a message to talk to me to stop the nonsense fight and he will also speak to his wife to stop posting derogatory post. So i agreed to my husband's wish and unfriended her in social media, but then after a week she posted again insulting my husband and me that we are poor that my husband can't even provide for me and more false statement of my life that my husband married me only for papers, that my family has nothing to eat and my husband cant even buy me a drinks that is why he is forcing me to go to work. I show it to my husband then responded back on how she was meet by her husband and calling her a prostitute. And it is still going on. Now my question is can i sue her even she is not naming me? And what offence's I can sue her for?

Hello and respect to you. Based on your explanation, if someone publishes posts on social media without directly naming you but still makes it possible for people to identify you (such as by using a nickname related to your last name or other identifiable details), you can legally take action. Such behavior usually falls under defamation, insult, and threat, and you have the right to file a complaint. For effective action, it is important to collect evidence of the posts and statements made by the person and consult a lawyer or legal authority. If you like, I can provide a more detailed consultation and guidance through WhatsApp at a reasonable cost. Respectfully.
