ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Lawyer and arbitrator / Asim bin Abdul Wahhab Al-Essa.

The founder derived his experience through his work for years in specialized legal places, which earned him a variety of professional experience in cases and consultations, especially in the areas of enacting laws and regulations, banking issues, securities, and companies. He has worked in the following entities:

Director of the Legal Department and member of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Skab Holding Company 2008-2012.

Director of the Legal Department and Secretary of the Board of Directors of the National Industrialization Company (a Saudi joint stock company) 2006-2008.

Legal advisor at the Council of Experts at the Council of Ministers 2002-2006.

Legal advisor in the Banking Dispute Settlement Committee - Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency 1991-2002.

Legal researcher in the legal department at the Ministry of Communications (Saudi Telephone) 1990-1991 AD.

Legal researcher in the legal department at the Saudi Customs Authority in 1990.
