Our office does not believe in the segmentation of mandates that are organically a single mandate. Therefore, we are providing full services for conveyancing transactions, including the mandatory due diligence, negotiations, execution of notarial deed, pre-signature administrative necessities such as issuing tax identification numbers and post-signature administrative duties such as inscribing the Deed to the competent Cadastre or Land Registry and filing with the Tax Authorities. We cover private and commercial property, apartments, houses, plots of land, new builds and “under-construction properties” and we specialise in Greek islands properties which often present legal peculiarities. Full service for international clients means everything until our clients secure the property properly and in accordance with all formalities, even if some of those typically fall under the auspices of other professionals such as accountants.

Golden Visa
Our office does not believe in the segmentation of mandates that are organically a single mandate. Therefore, we are providing full services for Golden Visa applicants, be it securing the investment by property acquisition or financial instruments, and subsequently filing the application and following the administrative progress. Of course, in addition to usual due diligence performed for property or reviewing the financial instrument contracts, we perform the mandatory audits to confirm that the investment is eligible for the Golden Visa Greece Programme - currently as amended on 21st March 2025. Full service for international clients means everything until our clients secure their Golden Visa, including bringing to their attention their rights and obligations for remaining eligible for the Programme post-issuance.
This is a relatively new service we have provided for the last 10 years the law has been in effect, but Golden Visa is an additional service relying on the pillars of Property Law and Banking & Finance to which we have vast experience. Similarly, our services extend well after securing the Golden Visa into property management within the permitted boundaries of the Programme, estate planning for Greek situs assets and application renewals every 5 years.
