Will I be allowed to take custody of the children if the divorce goes well? I earn legally while my husband is into internet fraud but possibly has more money than I have. My income is consistent while he is not but whenever he receives money, might go beyond mine while he can be for days where he doesn't get any money and could resort to borrowing money from the online loan apps.
