I want to bring your consent to a medical misconduct that was carried out with my health conditions lately if I can get justice on the matter ;
In December 2025 I went to [company removed] to complain of pains in my stomach they started by performing several test and I wasn’t given result but they told me I have to do scan which I paid immediately for the scan while in pain so that they will be vast about it but the doctor named [name removed] said he didn’t see anything wrong with me in my stomach after he does his basic scan right there in the hospital but he admitted me immediately I was given relief like pain killer and saline water and some antibiotics for 3to 4 days before the pain subsided but I asked him what’s the main cause he said he don’t know in particular but he suggested am having ulcer he gave me medication for ulcer I was taking them until a week later the pains come back and this time very painful and total amount I dispensed for first treatment to the hospital was about #250,000 at first treatment now I was admitted for the second time again the pains now took longer this time close to 6 days before subside a little but he approached me to go for ct-scan which cost me #93000 which I did immediately he requested from the diagnostic Center he referred me to I.e [company removed].
after 24hours result came out indicating that nothing was wrong with my stomach according to review on the scan, I gave the result to [name removed] he said he will have to discharge me since the scan indicated nothing was found so throughout till I was discharged and I was charged another #150,000 again and I was still feeling the pains but they are giving me paracetamol injections just to suppress the pains till I was discharged now I still got home with same pains until I was referred to consult a doctor in Bucknor road isheri axis [company removed]
I was told to repeat another scan which I did and they found out that am having acute left pyelonephritis and cystitis and which I have been receiving treatment since January, I am imploring your office I can sue the hospital and the diagnostic center for negligence of duty I will be glad to get your help as soon as possible
Because I had been spending money everyday just to perfect the kidney disease
