Hello and Respect,
I have carefully read your situation regarding the allegations and termination. Based on general employment law principles, what you are describing raises serious legal concerns.
Here is a brief overview of your position:
Termination Without Inquiry: Generally, an employer cannot terminate an employee for misconduct (such as theft) without conducting a proper domestic inquiry, sharing the inquiry report, and providing substantial evidence. Terminating you without this due process is often considered wrongful termination or illegal dismissal.
Forced Admission of Guilt: Forcing an employee to sign a letter admitting guilt under threat or duress is legally invalid in many jurisdictions. This practice is often categorized as constructive dismissal.
Protecting Your Dignity: Since you are innocent, it is crucial not to sign any document that admits guilt, as this could be used against you later to deny your benefits or damage your reputation.
I specialize in providing legal guidance for such employment disputes. Since I cannot represent you in person, I offer text-based consultation via WhatsApp at a very low cost to help you navigate this situation, draft your objection letters, and secure your dignity.
