K.B. CHAU & CO., SOLICITORS & NOTARIES - an introduction

K.B. CHAU & CO., SOLICITORS & NOTARIES was established in 1964.  We provide a wide range of services in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. The legal services that we provide in Hong Kong cover civil litigation, criminal litigation, conveyance, corporate finance and capital market, bank mortgage, celebration of marriages, family proceedings, corporate and commercial work, etc.

We advise many local banks and major companies in Hong Kong. We have also participated in over 50 estate projects. In 2014, we were one of few Hong Kong law firms setting up joint law firm in China.
