What should I do in a case of Bigamy and child negligence, but my husband and I are living in different states?

On the issue of bigamy you need evidence that your husband married another woman not just co-habitation. Even if you get evidence of marriage to a second spouse the state he living in will determine if the police will take the case seriously or not. If he is living in any Northern state just face child neglect squarely. Bigamy would only arise if you guys are married under the act.
