I banged the gates once and he warned me about it and I apologized about it only for him to say he will be locking the gates every 9:00pm everyday
So I came back yesterday at 9:08pm and found out that the door was locked and I was banging it only for him to come out and say I was disturbing and was talking crazy like “it seems I don’t like to hear word” and “saying I am not stubborn enough”(that pissed me off because I see that as a challenge to become even more stubborn) and that if I am not cool with it that he will send my money back then today he locked the gate at 8:45pm which isn’t the stipulated time for it. Now I want to sue him because you can’t lock me outside for a house I pay rent in

if you did not sign any agreement to that effect, you can choose to approach him calmly and discuss the matter. You can invite the Police if he still persists down this lane. But i tell you immediately you go legal be prepared to leave his premises as he would make life unbearable for you, but he would no longer lock you out.
