is the annulment of marriage possible in Islamic law after rukhsati, even if marriage is not consummated? I'm not a lawyer but my information says not allowed

Annulment is not possible where contract of marriage is signed by parties. However in cases like where a man marriage his wife real sister then this second marriage could be annulled.
