If a company is transprovincial and wants to shut down its plant at KPK, what all are the legal requirements?

If the business operates across multiple provinces, then various departments need to be notified. However, if it is not closing down entirely in Pakistan, this step may not be required. In case the business is shutting down in Pakistan, it must go through the proper winding-up process in accordance with the Companies Act, 2017.
