Hi, good morning. I have errors on my Birth Certificate: wrong gender (should be female not male); parents surname were interchanged; and no middle name. I am registered in Lucena City, Quezon, but currently residing in Liloan, Cebu. I coordinated with Lucena LCR staff and they told me that my case regarding my parents surnames has to be handled by judicial court and it would be best to have it processed along with my gender correction as well as the middle name. They also told me that migrant petition can be done here in Cebu.
