I am renting an apartment in which my address is different from where we previously lived. How would I receive the summon if there is any?

Good morning, you can verify it in the Court located where your husband reside for at least 6 months. ie, if your husband resides in Manila, you may verify if an annulment case is filed in the Office of the Clerk of Court in Manila City. Atty. Jeff Legado - LEGADO LAW.
