What can we do if we have a very loud, always angry, and irrational rentalm

We're reviewees (6), 4 in one room and the other 2 are in single rooms. We're almost a month in, and there's seldomly a day where the owner's sister, shouts and meddle with any of the businesses of the renters. Lately, she's shouting at us when we buy water outside (where it's cheaper), rather than from them–in the first place, we won't go out and buy if their supply is sufficient. She also gets angry at little things and become nosy and meddlesome with everything, including the state of the kitchen, how we spend our days, and even our schedules for reviewing and eating, she tend to get agitated. It's gotten to a point where she targeted our friend group, and accused us of something (like messes in the kitchen sink, which we know we didn't do cause no one has eaten that specific item that day). It's just really suffocating especially since we're here to review for our Board Exam.
