MOVING COMPANY DAMAGED WALLS AND FURNITURE IN TWO HOUSES, THEY DIDNT USED PACKING BLANKETS OR MOVING EQUIPMENT, I FILED A DAMAGE CLAIM MID MOVE, AND RELIEVED THE WORKERS EARLY FROM SCHEDULED TIME TOOK PICS AND SUBMITTED TO THE MOVING COMPANY, NOW THE MOVING COMPANY IS INSINUATING WE CAUSED THE DAMAGE, THEY REFUNDED OUR INITIAL COST BUT MADE VERY CLEAR THIS WAS UNEXCEPTABLE COMPENSATION, ITS CAUSED MY WIFE AND I SLEEPLESS NIGHTS AND STRESS EVERYTIME WE SEE OUR WALLS/FURNITURE AND ALSO DREDDING THE LETTER STATING WE OWE FOR REPAIRS IN THE RENTAL THEY DAMAGED AS WELL. THEY HAVE SINCE GONE SILENT... I BELIEVE THIS IS A NEGLIGENCE AND BREACH OF CONTRACT .. DO I HAVE A CASE TO SUE FOR COMPENSATION?
