Hisham Ababneh is a qualified lawyer in the commercial, corporate, and disputes fields. He has over 15 years of experience working for international law firms (Dentons, Eversheds Sutherland, and Tamimi) where he gained significant experience in contract review, drafting, and advisory on contractual rights and corporate work. Hisham is regularly consulted by the World Bank Group on various legal questions and matters of a commercial, investment, and regulatory nature. He holds a SJD (PhD) degree from the University of Pittsburgh (USA) specialized in corporate and investment laws. He also holds a LLM degree from McGill University, where he specialized in international commercial law and arbitration. Hisham has vast experience in dealing and working with foreign investors and advises many international and local banks, corporations, and NGO’s on a spectrum of banking, corporate, and commercial legal matters. He is specialized and has worked extensively on infrastructure, telecommunications, corporate structure and restructure projects. His experience extends to conducting start-to-finish exercises for various mega projects including due diligence reports, all related legal work in the financing phase, the contracting phase, and until full execution of the project.
