AD Legal Firm is a firm that specializes in serving the legal & accounting needs of small to medium businesses, and their owners, directors, and personnel.

The firm is formed by Mr. Krit Suktakchan after almost 20 years of experience in commercial legal & accounting businesses in both Bangkok Metropolitan and Chiang Mai Province of Thailand. The firm consists of an experienced lawyer and accountants including an auditor to serve client needs in terms of legal & accounting.

Our primary focus is on a company, commercial and business law, but we also cater to the government and local government sector, non-profit organizations, and private individuals.

We aim to be the one stop service that takes care of all the legal & accounting needs of our clients.
