Aktaou Mouad

Mouad's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, renewable energy and, more generally, domestic and foreign investments. He has extensive experience in all aspects of public contracts, public-private partnerships renewable energy projects in Morocco and Africa. Mouad has also developed a strong expertise in the field of labor law. Prior to founding AKT Advisor in 2022, Mouad worked with leading Anglo-Saxon and French  International law firms. He has been regularly involved in various large-scale projects and M&A transactions across Africa. Mouad speaks French, Arabic, English and Spanish.
