Mr. Yamani is a seasoned legal advisor with around 25 years of experience in Saudi laws drawn from notable tenures at leading law firms and global financial institutions, along with providing counsel to numerous business enterprises.
Among the prominent projects Mr. Yamani has contributed to are consultations on the bidding process for the first Data License in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; restructuring one of the renowned family business in Saudi Arabia; and advising a client regarding an acquisition deal amounting to SAR 135 million, he also played a role in drafting the merger documents for two Saudi banks in the late 1990s.
In addition to his professional practice, Mr. Yamani has also contributed as a visiting lecturer for Business Law and Tourism & Hospitality Law at Prince Sultan College for Business, Al-Faisal University.
