Mr. Mohammed Baroom completed his first degree in law on 2002 from King Abdul-Aziz University in Jeddah, then he started working for a number of reputable law firms, including the law firm of his Excellency Sheikh Ahmad Zaki Yamani where Mr. Baroom headed the main office for a short period of time. Mr. Baroom was licensed to practice law at the beginning of 2006 after sharpening his skills and increasing his experience and knowledge.

In 2008, Mr. Baroom achieved his master’s degree in law (LL.M) from George Washington University Law School, which is one of the most prestigious universities in the United States. Believing in the importance of continuous legal learning, Mr. Baroom has spent a considerable amount of time attending and participating in legal courses, seminars, conferences, and workshops, locally and internationally, in diverse and significant legal topics, which helped him growing his experience and enhancing his understanding of the changing requirements and challenges in various areas of his professional practices.

In 2009, Mr. Mohammed Baroom established his own professional practice by co-founding the Law Firm of Yamani, Jamjoom & Baroom, as a professional partnership, which was one of the very few at that time. Mr. Baroom has been providing legal services in different sectors including trading, industrial, construction, communications, and information technology. His practice includes providing advisory services to several entities on their commercial needs locally and internationally, directly or through cooperation with a number of global and regional law firms in several countries, including the United States of America, the United Kingdom, France, South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt and Lebanon. Mr. Baroom is very keen on his practice where he has advance himself by knowing, studying, adapting, and analyzing the continuous changes of relevant laws and regulations, such as Companies Act, Intellectual Property, banks, Commercial Agencies, and Tax. During his career, he has gained strong capabilities in ADR including mediation and amicable settlements where he achieved distinguished and substantial results in resolving many complex disputes of international and local nature.
