A lawyer and managing partner with 15 years of professional experience in numerous practice areas including corporate, commercial, capital markets, banking, finance, taxation, IP and competition law. Currently managing a full-service law firm.

Successfully represented and advised the public sector, as well as private sector investors, with regard to disputes that have arisen under trade and investment agreements, treaties, conventions, and trade/investment accommodation laws.

During the 15 years of work, and as a managing partner and team leader; I have served as Intellectual property (IP) lawyer for Yemen, Kuwait and Syria (deal with legal issues related to the ownership of service marks, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and copyrights.) Responsible for the legal quality control department for 80 offices worldwide.

Nominated by the World Bank many times for Jordanian laws evaluation and analyzation including; Insolvency Law, Tax Code, Status of Immovable Property as an Insurance for Debt code). In addition to advising private sectors for company registration in Jordan, USA (Delaware), Armenia, Dubai. Represented companies in legal cases before Jordanian courts in (competition, financial, bankruptcy and IP claims).
