Maître Arnaud Ibanez, Lawyer at the Court, holds a Masters II in “Corporate Law and Taxation” (Aix-Marseille University) and a specialized Masters in “International Legal Manager” (EMLyon Business School).
He is also a Doctor of Laws after having defended a thesis relating to the taxation of clubs and professional and amateur sportsmen under the direction of Mr. Dean Christian Louit and Mr. Christophe de la Mardière (Aix-Marseille University / National Conservatory of Arts and Métiers) before taking the oath in February 2018.
He has benefited from several experiences within professional sports clubs (Olympique de Marseille, etc.) and specialized law firms to which he has brought all his expertise in sports and entertainment law when supporting athletes and coaches. French and foreign as well as during the restructuring of professional and amateur clubs.
Maître Arnaud Ibanez is a member of the Association of Sports Agents Lawyers (ADAMS) and Agent in real estate transactions.
