Dr. Arun Kasi

Dr. Arun Kasi is a barrister of the Lincoln's Inn and practitioner based in Kuala Lumpur and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) London. He specialises in maritime law. He is a member of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) and an arbitrator in the panels of AIAC, THAC and BICAMC. He regularly appears before all levels of courts and arbitral tribunals. He has written numerous books and articles on law particularly in the areas of arbitration and maritime law. His latest book is The Law of Carriage of Goods by Sea, published by Springer Singapore.
