Mr. Sanchez has a solid 25 years of professional experience as the date hereof, as In-House Attorney and/or solo practitioner, doing since 1989, Corporate and Tax Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law and Civil Law, as also as Senior Associate, being in charge of the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions Area, fulfilling duties and responsabilities according to the positions and assisting AAA Corporate Clients from USA, Belgium, Italy, Colombia, and their subsidiaries based in Mexico.
Mr. Sanchez has published in Mexico and abroad, diverse papers on legal topics.
His academic background includes: Lawyer’s degree at the Mexico’s National University (UNAM); Specialization in Amparo at the Mexico’s Supreme Court Institute; International Master in Criminal Law, Constitutional Law and Human Rights by the Barcelona’s University (UBA); and diverse courses from 1988 to the present day
