Dr. Ali Saeed AlRobayee is the Founder and Managing Director of ASRLAWGROUP LLC, a seasoned Saudi legal advisor with over two decades of experience across legal, governmental, and business sectors. His diverse background and international education have shaped him into a recognized expert in international trade law, litigation, and foreign investment.
Dr. AlRobayee earned his LLM in International Trade Law from the University of Queensland, Australia, followed by a PhD in Law from Pace University, USA. His legal education began with a BA in Shari’a Law from Imam Mohammad bin Saud Islamic University, one of the Kingdom’s leading Islamic institutions. He has been a registered member of the Saudi Bar Association since 2015.
His professional journey began in 1998, with experience in hospitality, health services, and the Ministry of Justice, where he served as a legal researcher. In 2011, Dr. AlRobayee joined Soaib Law Firm, in association with Charles Russell Speechlys, gaining extensive experience in cross-border legal matters and high-profile litigation.
In 2013, he launched his own legal practice—now known as ASRLAWGROUP LLC—with the goal of bringing together a team of elite attorneys and delivering exceptional legal services in both local and international matters.
Dr. AlRobayee’s practice today focuses on complex litigation, foreign investment law, and international commercial transactions, making him a trusted legal partner for both corporate clients and high-stakes legal cases.
